Ottawa Folk Fest

I saved my boner pants for the Saturday (Day 3) of the Ottawa Folk Fest. Two bands from the FT Music Player played (The Wooden Sky, and Kim Churchill), and so did two of my favourite bands, The Rural Alberta Advantage, and Bright Eyes. Great times.

The Wooden Sky Stops Traffic on Bloor St in Downtown Toronto

The Wooden Sky plays in an alley and in the middle of Bloor St. in Downtown Toronto after their last show on tour at Lee's Palace. Amazing!

The Wooden Sky - Peak2Peak

The Wooden Sky took my suggestion and played in the Peak2Peak gondola last summer during their "Bedrooms & Backstreets" tour across Canada. The tour featured performances in unique and unconventional spaces.

A big shout out goes to our friend Ian at Black Box Music for organizing such a rad tour.
