Sandbox "Now You Know" Whistler Premiere

The Sandbox "Now You Know" premiere and party went off last weekend in Whistler! There were lots of good people and tons of laughs that night.

Fun Times With Bearzy

My birthday weekend was fast approaching and I still had no plans. I was up late checking out Color Magazine's website and read that the Zero premiere was this weekend! So I was off to Vancouver.

I got to Bearzy's late Saturday night. I walked in to the delicious smell of a home-cooked meal. It turns out that Bearzy and his roommates decided to celebrate Thanksgiving even though none of them are American. Lucky for me there were plenty of leftovers.

After dinner we played dominos for hours. I had no idea how much fun that game is! I'll definitely be dusting off the old domino set back in Whistler.

At 3am, after dominos and some drinks, the boys decided we should take some portraits out in front of the house. Here's what we came up with:

From top to bottom: Dave, Mike and Bearzy.

Ghetto dice.

The next day me and Bearzy went out to shoot some lifestyle skate shots.

These trees are rad!

Bearzy. Sick facial hair!

My first time skating in 3 months! Bombing a hill!

This cat was missing half of its tail!

This is my favourite shot of the weekend.

Before leaving the school we played on the tire swing.

I thought Bearzy was going to be sick after this spinner!

I love tire swings!

At night we checkout out Zero's premiere of "Strange World". Here are some photos of the event courtesy of The Billionaire and Color Magazine:

Portraits With Nick

After waiting at the bus stop for about 20 minutes with Neil and Lowell, I decided to head over to Nick's. We chilled for a bit with P-Nut and Wiley before heading out to shoot photos in the snow.

The snow just kept falling and falling. The flakes were huge! We hit up my place to grab my flashes then headed to White Gold. We walked down the Valley Trail toward the skatepark and found a nice opening for our first portrait.

We headed over to our second location. This photo was taken just under the bridge near the skatepark.

Sick graffiti.

I'm stoked on how these shots turned out. I love my new flashes!
